D & B TRAINING LTD GUIDANCE AND INFORMATION
INTRODUCTION
The handling of personal data has to comply with legal requirements, covering such things as the way in which this information is acquired, how it is processed and the extent to which it is disclosed or transferred to others. Your explicit consent is required to the gathering of your personal data. D & B Training Limited does not transfer information to countries outside the European Economic Area, nor will we provide your information to third parties for marketing purposes. D & B Training Limited requires confirmation of consent from individuals who have been and who are going to be trained by them, in respect of personal information being placed on D & B Training’s database. Your consent is required to enable instructors, examiners and administrative staff to complete your training and award your certification. All details will be retained by D & B Training Limited for a minimum of three years.
Please note that the database is not open to viewing by the public, only to those members of D & B Training staff that have been provided with the necessary user name and security password. Personal and training details are entered onto the database by approved staff members only.

CONFIRMATION OF CONSENT
I agree to having the details below entered onto D & B Training Limited’s database for a minimum period of 3 years unless I subsequently withdraw my consent in writing to D & B Training Limited. I agree to my details being disclosed to present and prospective employers, for legal reasons and to enable D & B Training Limited to remind me when my qualification/licence is due for renewal. I understand the data I have agreed to provide, will be used in accordance with the relevant legislation, including GDPR 2018.
