This course provides training that helps identify mental health issues and the steps required to support individual suffering with mental health conditions, including:

Signs and Symptoms
How to Start a Supportive Conversation
Understand Mental Health First Aid Action Plans
Signposting to Further Help
How to Implement a Positive Culture in the Workplace

Course Duration
Level 2 – 1 Day
Level 3 – 2 Days
Assessment and Certification
You will be observed by the trainer alongside written assessments during both Levels. Upon completion of either course, you will receive a new certificate; this will be valid for 3 years.
